RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Gjyli Osmanaj, we take pride in creating exclusive, customized designs with meticulous attention to detail. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final, and returns or exchanges are not permitted, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

Manufacturing Defects

If a client identifies a manufacturing defect, they must report it within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will thoroughly assess the issue, and if the defect is confirmed, we will provide one of the following solutions based on the specific case:
• Repair: The product will be adjusted or fixed to meet quality standards.
• Replacement: A new piece will be crafted if the defect cannot be corrected.
• Refund: In rare cases where neither repair nor replacement is possible, a refund may be considered.

Conditions for Returns or Repairs
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and unaltered.
• The client must provide clear photos and videos showing the defect.
• All original packaging and documentation must be included.

Exclusions from Return & Exchange
• Products with incorrect measurements provided by the client.
• Damage caused by mishandling, improper storage, or lack of proper care.
• Slight variations in color, texture, or embellishments, as these are part of the handmade nature of couture garments.
• Requests made after the 48-hour reporting period.

Virtual Fitting & Adjustment Services

To ensure the best possible fit, clients have the option to book an online fitting session with our team before finalizing their order. If clients prefer, we can virtually guide them through taking their measurements. Clients must have a measuring tape (in centimeters or inches) available during the session.
