Shipping & Delivery
• Shipping costs are calculated separately and are not included in the product price.
• Estimated shipping times will be provided at the time of purchase, but unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or logistical disruptions.
• Clients will receive a tracking number to monitor their shipment.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
• Gjyli Osmanaj is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
• Clients are solely responsible for any additional fees required by customs authorities upon arrival.
• Customs clearance processes vary by country, and delays may occur. These delays are beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for international orders.

Shipping Insurance & Liability
• All shipments are carefully inspected and securely packaged to prevent damage.
• Once an order has been shipped, Gjyli Osmanaj is no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. Clients are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance if they wish to have additional protection.

• Clients must provide accurate shipping information. Gjyli Osmanaj is not liable for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the client.
• If a package is returned due to failure to pay customs duties or incorrect shipping details, the client is responsible for any reshipping costs.
