TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereafter referred to as “Terms”) govern the use of the services and products offered by Gjyli Osmanaj (hereafter referred to as “the Brand”). Gjyli Osmanaj specializes in the design, production, and sale of exclusive, custom-made dresses and luxury clothing items. Each product is crafted with attention to detail, ensuring a unique and personalized experience for every client.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or using the services provided by Gjyli Osmanaj, the client agrees to these Terms in full. Once an order is confirmed, the client acknowledges their responsibility to abide by these Terms.

3. Custom Orders and Design Process

Gjyli Osmanaj creates high-end, customized garments based on each client’s specific requests. Due to the exclusivity and personalized nature of the designs, each product is tailor-made and non-returnable, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.

4. Orders and Modifications

Once an order is confirmed, the design, material selection, and other details cannot be changed without prior written approval from Gjyli Osmanaj. The client must carefully review and approve all details before production begins.

5. Production and Delivery Time

Production time depends on the complexity of the design, fabric availability, and current workload. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order confirmation. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, for which Gjyli Osmanaj is not liable.

6. Pricing and Payments

The price of each product is determined based on materials, craftsmanship, and level of customization. Gjyli Osmanaj requires a deposit before starting production, and full payment must be completed before shipping. If additional costs arise during production, the client will be informed in advance.

7. Shipping and Customs

Gjyli Osmanaj offers domestic and international shipping. Shipping costs are calculated separately and are not included in the product price. The brand is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or any additional fees imposed by the authorities of the destination country. The client is responsible for all such charges. International shipments may also experience unforeseen delays beyond the brand’s control.

8. Client’s Measurements and Responsibility

The client is responsible for providing accurate measurements. Gjyli Osmanaj is not responsible for any errors resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the client. If adjustments are needed due to incorrect sizing, additional costs will apply.

9. Online Appointments and Virtual Measurements

Clients have the option to schedule an online appointment with our designer and team to discuss their custom order in detail. Additionally, if the client wishes to have their measurements taken virtually by our team, this can be arranged.

For virtual measurements, the client must have a measuring tape (in centimeters or inches) available before the appointment to ensure accuracy. Our team will guide the client step-by-step through the process to take the most precise measurements possible.

10. Cancellations and Returns

Once production has started, cancellation is not possible. Returns are only accepted if a product has a confirmed manufacturing defect. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product. For verified defects, the brand will either repair, replace, or refund the item.

11. Product Care and Responsibility After Delivery

Once the product has been delivered and accepted by the client, Gjyli Osmanaj is not responsible for any damage caused during shipping or after delivery. The client is responsible for proper care and maintenance of the garment.

12. Force Majeure

Gjyli Osmanaj is not liable for delays or inability to fulfill obligations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.

13. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All designs, sketches, and final products created by Gjyli Osmanaj are the exclusive intellectual property of the brand. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or use of designs without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

14. Amendments to Terms

Gjyli Osmanaj reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the brand’s official channels and will take effect immediately upon publication.

By placing an order, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms.
